We are a young and dynamic company that believes in tradition, territoriality, innovation and multifunctionality in the agricultural sector. Cheese production is controlled in its entirety, from sowing to harvesting of products intended for farming of dairy sheep. Thanks to the important size of the company, our sheep can graze both on fields cultivated with clover, vetch and grasses, and on the untilled fields of the Crete Senesi, with spontaneous vegetation such as absinthe, meadow salsify, summer savory, and French honeysuckle. The product thus obtained is milked and processed into the dairy inside the company.
