The first brewery in Tuscany was built towards the end of the 2004, in a beautiful country house in Val d’Orcia, named “L’Olmaia”. In 2009, the owners moved the headquarters a few kilometers from Montepulciano, in the hamlet of Sant’Albino, with direct sale to the public. Throughout the year, they produce six types of beer, plus some seasonal special ones, outstanding beers, all strictly unpasteurized, unfiltered, aged both in bottle and in barrel. A small production, but important destinations: indeed, the brewery exports now to various countries around the world, from the United States to China, passing through Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.
