Our cold cuts are made with antique methods, only with meat of animals born and bred in a farm. They do not contain milk by-products, and are not contaminated by gluten. They undergo a slow fermentation and a long maturation that make them unique. Their flavor and scent are as they once used to be… or at least, so everyone tells us.
